Great work, Robert! I have lazyitis, so easy is good wink.gif

If you decide to tweak this program any further, would you consider...

using a clear login field (instead of ****** password field)
printing logged in username somewhere (so we know who's logged in)
or... doing a multi-login sequencer like CodeDreamer's NP Grabber

that error message is very specific, it means you've not got one of the required files installed

Yeah, you beat me to it... I figured I'd post first, then fix. Well... I fixed. Gracias. I'm still an idiot ;-)

try my test program, see if that also does the same thing http://www.neocodex....ownload-14.html

I just tried the test program linked above and, while it blew up, at least I got some movement (as opposed to the apparent NOP I described in the original post).

I've attached a screenshot of the first error message, and on ACK, the second.

Unicode Support - Download this Microsoft Control Pad and it will install the required unicode support files. http://msdn.microsof...l/html/cpad.asp
MSFT moved the above file to http://msdn2.microso...y/ms968493.aspx

Read the required downloads pages, the related links, and this thread. I apparently am an idiot. I'm trying to run some of the programs in the download section. I get nothing... no error message, no nothing. Just the exe "hourglassing" for a second or two, and that's it. No launch of anything. I've checked for processes in Task Manager that may indicate something is actually running, but nothing. Where to start? (As I mentioned above... I've read this thread and other help info end-to-end.)
