If I can take the gunk from my junk and make classy looking delicacies out of it which people will gladly eat, then there is nothing wrong with this.

I mean, maybe it would taste good to some people...I've heard of peaches and cottage cheese (fucking nasty.) but seriously? Why?

When I still ate dairy I used to eat cottage cheese & fruit all the time.
But cottage cheese isn't as weird as goat cheese. Posted Image

True but I dunno :(
I can only tolerate cottage cheese with salsa and doritos.

Any other time, cottage cheese or any cheese curd grosses me out.
The sliminess of peaches combined with chunks of mush? Not for me :(

I hate cottage cheese.
Smell/texture/everything just grosses me out.

It it was tomatoes and cheese, it wouldn't be quite as weird.
But watermelon + cheese sounds like a recipe to make me throw up instantly

Of course they don't.
That's why pineapple and cheese cocktail sticks are among the most widely eaten party foods in the western world.

They're mixing tastes; salty and sweet. I can see it going together nicely, but the watermelon would be too runny for the salad, iMO.

Actually I think he meant raw fish that is still alive I went to Korea to visit my relatives and it's pretty good. If you haven't tried the goat cheese and watermelon salad you should it is very tasty.

Don't knock it before you've tried it.
Goat cheese pairs well with fruits, so I don't see the problem. Just because something "looks" or "sounds" disgusting doesn't mean it is.
