depends on what you need the gfx for games, graphics, videos, etc..
Hmm I think it would be primarily for games on the laptop, but I do tend to stream videos, but they come up very choppy, and slow. But all in all I think it'll be mostly for games.

you proably have a 512 video card

And that's really bad advice.
If you're looking for a laptop with a good video card, you're going to have to do a little research based on your price range, but the general rule of thumb is just to avoid anything with the words "Integrated", "Onboard", "Accelerated Graphics" an so on.

Laptops are designed for battery life only. Everything is scaled down.
If your videos play choppy. So will your games. Get over it.

The only laptops worth gaming on is an alienware. Anything but that is shit. Period.

Only true for some laptops...others are designed to be desktop replacements, and those are actually pretty nice...but you can still get a decent gaming laptop + battery...though I guess it depends on your definition of decent in that regard.

Mobile Intel ® 4 Series Express Chipset Family <---sounds shitty
Not sure if this matters
Toshia Satellite L555
Pentium ® Dual-Core CPU T4300 @ 2.10GHz 2.10 GHz
4gb ram (3.84 usable)

You are wrong though. Every single laptop in the world (Atleast anything sold in stores or in newegg or amazon) are design to conserve energy. Some laptops are designed better tne others (Such as Alienware laptops. Their netbook can get 8 hour battery life playing Star Wars the Force Unleashed). they still are no were near the strength of a desktop of the same exactly specs. Because of that single reason.
Desktop > Laptop in perfromance. Latops have mobility. Hence why people get them. I cant lug around my 60 pound laptop, and so I have a laptop (Which I am typing on). Its all about what you want.
I wanted a badass desktop to game on. I got one. I wanted a cheap laptop for whenever I am not at my computer. I got one. Thats all that matters.
Hmm hopefully I'm typing this correctly

Intel Dual cores is dead.
i3/i5/i7 is where its at.

Wrong, you can get a laptop with IDENTICAL specs to an Alienware for a substantial amount less. Anyone who buys an Alienware is paying for a name that comes with bragging rights and good customer service.
