Okay so like I said in another thread, I've been watching a show called Bridalplasty where brides-to-be compete for surgical procedures on their "plastic surgery wish list"

So if you could have a plastic surgery wish list where you could get any procedure on it done, what would you put on there?

I wouldn't want anything now because I'm secure in the way I look. But I think when I get older and have kids I wouldn't mind considering a tummy tuck and a breast lift if pregnancy just obliterates me like I've seen it do to some women.

A penis enlargement surgery would be ideal for me and my 2 inch.

Probably not. I think I look fine now, what would happen if I got a nose job or something and ended up looking like MJ? .__.

I'm not totally against it, though. If that's what it takes to make some women feel beautiful, then why not? As long as they're not completely psycho about being perfect, just maybe they want to get rid of their bird nose or something.

Edit: I always make one typo. Just one. And I always notice it right when I hit post .__.

I feel really bad for women like Catwoman who go completely overboard and end up looking deformed. But at the same time I feel like the surgeons are more at fault than the patients. A surgeon knows that if someone gets their nose worked on like 5 times then there's a huge chance that something will go wrong, or that scar tissue could build up and cause problems, but they do the surgery anyway for the money and the patient suffers the consequence. I think that surgeons who continue to operate on clearly mentally unstable patients should be charged with some kind of malpractice.

Eh, the thought of surgery scares me. One of my biggest fears is having to have surgery and waking up in the middle of it but not being able to scream out and just suffering through it. If anything in the world, .4% of me would like lipo on my thighs and butt or something. Then they can give the fat to the white girls who need it for their lips or butt. :p
But then again, it's what makes me cute in skinny jeans so...

Personally, I think people overuse plastic surgery only to make them look better and it's a bit silly. I understand some things like mole removal and hair removal, things like that, but when people just go to the surgeon and try to make themselves plastic Barbie dolls, I see it as somewhat degrading. On the other hand though, I was watching a show about people getting bitten last night and there was this one guy who got attacked by a mountain lion and it tore a large chunk out of his scalp. He most certainly would have died had he not gone to the surgeon, so the act of plastic surgery isn't completely useless.

Maybe if I was horribly disfigured in a car crash or something, but not under regular circumstances.

EDIT: Mishelle, who's catwoman? I'm assuming you don't mean the like, character from Batman...? :S

I might get lipo on my various unglamorous areas, of which I'm unable to completely rid of fat. My arms for example, have both muscle and fat, unsightly. (I used to be overweight)

YES I'M VAIN, DON'T JUDGE ME.

I'd want that lipo they have now where they take the fat cells from one area and put it into your boobs. Although I don't really want bigger boobs... but it just sounds freaking awesome because then you'll gain weight in those areas instead. :)

My mom told me that if you gain weight after lipo then it doesn't go back to where you got it taken from. It goes somewhere else. So that's the only thing that really scares me about lipo. Once it's out, it has to stay out. There's no gaining the weight back.

Plastic surgery scares the crap out of me.. It just doesn't seem to come out right. Tara Reid's stomach? All the women with the bee stung lips? Yikes!

Catwoman looks like her face was burned.. Yep, that's never going to be me.

As for plastic surgery no, not unless there was a horrible accident that disfigured my face. I'm not against it people have their own choice to do what they want.

Given that I'm a huge wuss when it comes to surgery in general, I don't think plastic surgery is for me. I even feel slightly nauseous seeing people having their eyebrows threaded.

Getting your eyebrows threaded? o__O I'd imagine it would feel the same as tweezing them or getting them waxed. Not very painful at all.

Probably not - I'm too much of a pussy to put myself through the pain. i'm not very image conscious to begin with, I don't care what I look like most of the time. I rarely wear make-up/dress up - jeans and a hoody are usually my preferred choice of attire :p It's mostly because I don't really give a hoot what people think I look like - if something doesn't like the way I look it's not going to end my life, so I don't really see much point in worrying about it.
Other than having put on a bit of weight since going to university, I'm happy enough with how I look.

I would consider lip fillers, though. ^_^

It hurts like Hell, but it is sooooo worth it! I get mine done once every two months. Very little maintenance is needed in between - maybe a few stray hairs here and there, but nothing major. I love eyebrow threading, I definitely recommend it!

I don't mind my looks.

I wouldn't mind getting some double eyelids cut in though. I have it on one eye and halfway on the other, so mismatched eyes looool. It'll be nice if the whole world's like the one in Scott Westerfeld's Uglies trilogy though. Everyone gets free plastic surgery to gorgeousness (customizable faces like The Sims and stuff) and then gets promoted to a city where everyone just partays all day and all night until they reach 50. Now wouldn't that be cool. :>
