hmmm I see. It's true that everyone has imperfections, but that's what makes everyone unique. Do you still keep in contact with him ? Yeah, I didn't think it would be as glamorous as the show, but I'm sure the pay is pretty accurate!

Yeah, we're on good terms so we keep in touch. The money IS good, especially since he's in South Florida where a lot of people are into body sculpting, beach bodies, etc. He gets a lot of stripper clients, too.

But you said it, overall it's not very glamorous. A lot of it is post-surgical stitches, skin cancer removals and grafts, lipo, tummy tucks and botox. He's actually VERY good. I'd recommend him to anyone in Florida.

Yeah I know plastic surgeons make lots of money. There's a street in LA where there's like 4 billboards in a row for lipo and boob jobs.

Boob jobs are their bread and butter. They're quick and easy with almost no cost in materials.

My ex-spouse didn't either. Considered it a "sell-out" and not REAL medicine. He wanted to do ER in a burn unit. But in the middle of his fellowship they closed the burn center so he was faced with either losing a whole year of fellowship or transferring it to plastics. It was almost 'accidental' the way it worked out. But the good thing is that most of his work is elective stuff meaning cash payments instead of waiting for stupid insurance companies to finally pay 3-4 months later...

Naaa, i wouldn't. I'd be too scared they'd fuck up and i'd end up looking like a person from the hills have eyes.

BUT if I would have plastic surgery it would be to make me taller. I'm way too fucking short it's ridiculous. Does that even exist? Well either way.

I read an article ages ago about someone who got surgery to become taller so she could be an air hostess. I think they did something with her legs to do it, but I wouldn't like to google it now to find out the specifics.

To become taller, they break your legs, and then hold the bones apart while they regrow, so you end up with longer leg bones.

I love how nobody's brought up vaginal plastic surgery, like labiaplasty's.
More and more girls are starting to get those now because of guys who complain about a girl's vagina not being an "innie."
If you don't know what I'm talking about google "innie vs outie vagina."

To be fair, we haven't discussed penis enlargement, either. And, having taken your advice, it seems like a lot of people do like them to be outies. One time one of my friends even berated me for not drawing an outie on a naked girl.

Then maybe it's just on the internet that people claim that innies are the shit.
It's not fair. :'(

Unfortunately, if I had the money I wouldn't think twice about this type of plastic surgery. My self confidence is shit when it comes to downstairs, and its uncomfortable as fuck when your jeans are rubbing against your vag. Jesus.

My advice for dealing with someone who complains about how your vagina looks:
Leave, and sleep with someone who isn't a cunt.

No one has ever complained, but my soul will whither away if someone does. I want to prevent that. :(

People on the internet say all kinds of dumb shit, like certain pornstars are gross because they have "fat knees". The people saying these things are often those with the most issues themselves, who knock others to make themselves feel better.

Also, surgery there can reduce sensitivity, which would suck hairy monkey balls.

As long as they don't touch my magic button, all will be okay. Having my labia touched doesn't feel exceptionally good anyways, so I could part with that.

That second one just makes me want to vomit..
You're right, there is some psychological problem with her..

Body dismorphic disorder.

Exactly what M.J. had.

Plastic surgery would be scary. If you were going to get it on anywhere on your body, it would be a risk, expecially somwhere as sensitive as "down there". Immagine if they botched that job. I would never risk it for anything.
Unless I had a hideous accident which burned half my face off. As long as i'm normal, plastic surgery isn't nessasary.

The show BridalPlasty scares the hell out of me...
These girls really want surgery and fight over it xD

The sad part is , is that they are NORMAL looking ..

Did you see the episode where they popped in a girls tits implants?
They said "Shes just s wallowing these up!" as hes shoving them into her chest
xDOMG iwas so disturbed.

Or when the woman was getting lipo done...
they just kept shoving a hose into her stomach and legs.

And the nose job.. while she was under anesthesia he was opening up her nose to break the bone and move it...
no no no.

thats ridiculous .
unless someone needs it , you shouldn't be getting it done to look better . stupid stupid stupid.

im going to school to be a nurse, and that show grossed me out.

I used to be a pharma rep and two of my clients were transgender patients. Talk about extreme surgery!

I had an Asian studies prof who was a transgender, was a nice guy, but a little weird seeing him wear uggs =p

Funny.

Both of my clients were doctors, family practice. Both went from male to being female so they sliced the ol' unit. One guy looked pretty decent, knew how to do his make-up and stuff. But he was 6"2' and had hands the size of dinner plates. The other guy...well, funny story. My partner had told me Dr so-and-so was transgender so I knew it the first time I called on him, but I couldn't tell which way he went. It was like calling on androgenous Pat from SNL. His first name was Chope, which I'd never heard of before so that was no help. His physique was such that he was just this kind of blob - chest could've been boobs or moobs and under the white coat...ohhh it was awful...

I later found out he was a he that went to she. There you have it, my Sasquatch story.
