i saw the freezing method but my problem with it was it has ticking sound i believe the read/writer head is touching on the plate which has destory everything

Well, if it's really important, you could try removing the hardware and installing it as a secondary hard drive on a different computer. From there you might be able to access it. Another thing that may work is using a USB to Harddrive cable to attempt to access your harddrive from another computer using just a cable.
