It really shouldn't. I haven't seen an error pop up in a while so I would just keep checking. Actually, I don't know if it would effect the use of the program or not. Hmmm... either way, it's a problem that I'm sure will be fixed soon by the hosting company.
It doesn't seem to be because of the board errors, it looks to me like there isn't actually a file associated with that download for some reason. I think the reason for that may be that a new release is pending and somebody (not me) screwed up by removing the file early.
