So I'm having what I hope is just a simple problem that is most likely user error. I've downloaded the program manager and have installed a few of the programs, but when I try to log into my Neopets account with it gives me a login failed error. I'm using a PIN on my account, but I've entered that field as well. I can't really fathom what is wrong.
I hate to be that newbie, but I've been trying for the better part of an hour to find documentation on my problem with no luck. Any suggestions?

So when I try to login using the program manager, I get this error

We were unable to log you in properly, please send this data to one of the programmers (in the bug tracker)

Error
Yes it should be gibberish.

I am on windows 7 64 bit on a limited account. Have tried running it as administrator with the same result.

All fixed. Thanks for everyone that helped.

I manage to get 21 items and 154k profit, on my first 2 hours on, 2 hours off, 2 hours on.

I know this is probably below average, but I am running very very safe times and will only run 4 hours daily.

1mil/week is enough for me. <3

Once again thanks everyone.

pre_loader.exe

Tells me that i should reinstall, but I've done it many times.

Also is it because I'm downloading it on another computer of mine?

You could try installing the C++ runtime files:

You could also try installing Python I guess:

These kind of errors are a bitch to debug. :/

The VB runtime files are always good to try installing.

I would also recommend doing a clean boot and try running you. You have WAY to many things running at startup...

I'm not sure what else it could be then. :/ Maybe ask Pyro? He might know of something else I guess.

Uninstall.

Go to C:\Program files (x86)\neocodex and delete everything there. Reinstall, and see if that fixes anything (It might be program files for you, not program files (x86))
