hey, I paid for the advanced member so I could use the disabled features of the auto buyer and I have a few questions
When I put the refresh rate to anything below 1 it doesnt work, does anyone knnow why this is?
I want to restock morphing potion but I can never seem to get any they are always missed...
Ive set the auto buyer like this

general wait 1.0 to 1.0
pre haggle 0.2 to 0.5
OCR page delay 0.4 to 0.9

am I doing something wrong? also can anyone explain what the OCR page delay is?

You can't put it lower than 1.0 because that means that you're refreshing under 1 second.
With your settings, Im pretty sure you'll be frozen on monday.

As TonyRay said, patience is needed.
Personally, I would go to something like the clothing shop instead of the magic shop.

Try go to shops where there won't be as many people, or high freeze rate. Small shops make money too!

I suggest shop 73. My first shop, awesome for n00bs (no offence, I'm as much of a n00b as you are) and pretty reasonable profits. Made 80k first time I ABed off of it!

Yeah, abing there is very risky.
You have better chances illegitly rsing there (Adblock + GreaseMonkey autohaggler) than ABing.

You could basically restock anywhere, but with human-like settings.
And ABing in magic is lame. A SuperSystem is way better - -

you just have to have patience abing in magic. dont expect a MP everyday. and dont keep decreasing the settings till you get one. leave the settings and see how many MP you can get per week. if you cant even get one. then decrease it.

For magic I tend to use: Refresh 2.5 - 5.5, Pre-Hag 0.2 - 0.5, OCR 0.2 - 0.5. After every restock stop the AB'er for 20 or so minutes so you aren't getting RS banned, magic tends to only stock once or so every hour. Also get ready to either sell or move whatever items you get because you will be iced Ab'ing there .

I have to say, those times are suicidal, you'll likely be making more iced accounts than actually restocking MPs.

As others have said, it's much more effective to actually restock in small shops, some HTS items net a lot of profit, and if you have enough patience smaller things will definitely come through for you at a much less risk heavy price.

Yeah I iced a few accounts but I made millions in a matter of a couple days and I have those now 'legit' millions on my main. but yeah as others have said super system is probably an easier way to go, I run safe settings on one account that I don't actually log into and it seems to be doing alright.

i wouldn't suggest ABing in the magic shop with any settings;)

Try other shops first and once you get the hang of it go to the magic shop if you want. Still dont recommend it though, that and the stamp shop

Man that is... inhumane speeds.. I think it's better to restock in small shops The profit is about the same, it's just split up into many different items.
