I'd only do it at home. I'd be too embarrassed in front of people to do the Insanity P90x workout. Hopping about like that?... The gym is a point of anxiety enough for me. Hot women are at my college gym, and I'm trying to work out so I can look good and meet one, but they're already there seeing me all pathetic and sweaty... kinda undermining the whole thing... Then again - I think I need some anxiety meds if that's my only fear of working out, haha.

women at the gym are only looking at other women and judging themselves and/or being insanely competitive
i got on the treadmill just to get my heart rate up before doing weight machines and start up pretty fast - and sure enough not three minutes into my stride the girls next to me will be amping up their speed o.O it is a crazy place, the gym
but i do Ab Ripper X (in the P90 series) twice a week and its okay
i honestly prefer simple planks though

was hoping all that cardio would pretty much balance it out, but
it makes sense since muscle is developing faster then weight lost. lols
im a lazy fuckker, i'd rather be skinny than big and toned
so i dont have to work out ever again LOOL
