Ok so about 2 years ago i was 70kg, now i am 95kg and 4 years ago i was at 139 kg...

I ate less and played some footy which stopped eventually cus i hated it to get down to what i am at now... but to get to 70 i was doing push ups, sit ups, squats, running and martial arts as per usual... now after being out of school i have gone to 95 kg and i wanna lose it but im depressed from issues and stuff and cant seem to find the energy and way to exercise.... any tip/help/input?

lol you think he is short, i guess you'd consider me to be a dwark then. =p I'm only 160 =D
I blame it on the excessive swim training during years 11-19.
It had its advantages in competition though, people would literally look down on me.
Thus giving me the edge =D

132..... I've seen a few people a couple of years older that short.. but it's not very often though.
As for losing weight, I'd suggest you take up running, cheap and relatively easy. Just set yourself easy goals at first, then gradually work up towards harder challenges.

how about swimming then? you wouldn't necessarily need to use your legs as much + there would be less stress on your muscles and joints.

is cecil in a rural area or something? =/ 2 times a month wouldn't really be enough to make you lose weight, unless you combine it with other aerobic training.
how do you fare with slower, light intensity exercises like yoga & pilates? I can vouch for pilates making you lose weight and toning muscles, but I haven't done yoga on a long term basis to see results =p
