HAHAHAHAHA I don't think you two are talking about the same thing, though.

What makes you think that? Posted Image

I got really fat because of steroids and I reached my highest of 165. I slowly started losing weight but I remained at around 148-154. Finally this summer, I went camping for a whole month, and lost like 10 pounds. Then in September I started smoking and kept losing weight until I reached 138 (where I currently am.) I don't advice you start smoking though. Go camping! :) I went canoeing, and there was a lot of portaging involved. I hated carrying those big food barrels but in the long run, it was an amazing work out for my legs and butt.

Well i am planning on eating a lot less, planning on walking more, also going to try and clean the house everyday instead of when it needs to be, planning on trying to get back into doing 100-200 pushups and crunches/situps etc also squats each day...

Hoping i can get to 70 again, thats my goal.

100-200 pushups a day... I admire you man. I could never do more than 20 without collapsing, haha.

best thing to do:
no more processed foods (cut out anything in your diet where the first ingredient is sugar especially)
water
cardio (running, swimming, biking, sports) :: make sure weight bearing exercise is included as it promoted bone strength and density

and as far as core work goes for me i am just keeping it simple:: i <3 planks

reps are really the way to go with planks
i usually aim for ~2minute sets of 5, and that is with "three" positions

right side, middle, left side, continue ;p
it takes about 30mintes so i generally read while i am doing it (you can always start out doing less or simply doing them twice a day - morning and night for example)
i am working on building up my arms so i run with water bottles filled with sand is a cheap way to do that

drink a lot of water, walk, swim, jog,...
try to move a smuch as possible, sweating burns a lot of calories so don't be affraid of running while it's hot just don't forget to hydrate.

When I started going to raves I lost about 20 pounds in one and a half months, which probably isn't healthy, but a good way to lose weight.
I know Australia has a bunch of events so you might want to consider going to one, if you're into that kinda thing (:
Well, I know this isn't the "best" way to losing weight, but it is a way Posted Image

lol maha, we have raves in australia. I can't believe you haven't heard or been to one =/

lol slow repetitive movements are definately involved, so you'd definately be able to lose weight, now you just need to work on the frequency end of things

Eating healthy is the best way to loose weight. Eat three balanced meals a day, that way you aren't always hungry and snacking. And when you do snack, try to eat fruits & veggies. Also, don't eat right before bed!
Having a healthy diet should help you in other areas as well.

K, it's been nearly a week.
Have you actually changed your eating habits and increased your physical activity, or have you just been sitting around playing on your DSi and dreaming the weight will just melt off by itself?

The problem with raves is that there are almost always drugs involved (usually shrooms or something) and I assume you're trying to improve your body so taking drugs will definitely not help that cause.
But if you can avoid the drugs (or not mind them at all), I definitely recommend raving.

Just go running outside. Exercise releases endorphins which will help your depression. So even if you are too depressed to do anything just force yourself!
