I tried to make everyone join KI one year, it didn't work out and people were mad at me. lol

It wouldn't make a difference though. Would be ultra cool though!

I don't actually mind joining a team that is not terror mountain. In the end, I at least what I want (the points to buy cool stuff). Thinking about it now,
the team I work with doesn't really matter as much

even though i've been on neopets around 10 years, I've never participated in an altador cup nor have I bothered to learn its rules/how it works.
I was wondering if you someone could briefly sum it up for me.

At first I thought it just involved us picking a team and hope they win, sort of like betting on soccer teams to win.
The game playing part confused me.
I just remember I picked darigan for the first altador cup and that was all i did. =D

Since I never really understood the mechanics, I just stuck to good ol' plot battling when the time came around.

Yuuuuus I love it. I was a Lost Desert supporter for the first two cups but since the third or so I've been a Roo Island team member. I do participate fully, I think the games are pretty fun!

Roo Island has tempted me a couple times I think Lost Desert will be getting a lot of Freeloaders this year.. hence the "winners curse"

+ Rep for Sharky, thanks for posting that guide I'd never taken part in the AC cup before and it was useful to see what lands had won previously. I think I will probably go with Darigan for my first team - Faerieland is probably my favourite place but I imagine it also is for lots of little children who might not be so good at the games.

Remember going Faerieland the very first year...
After that its pretty hazy...
Think I did Shenkuu last year and/or the year before...
Either way, going with Krawk Island ftw this year & probably every year after this.


Do like Faerieland's new colours though.

Hahah, that's an interesting theory. You think Faerieland is unpopular because of homophobia? I figured females were the majority of the users on Neo.
