First off, welcome to the Flash game sub-forum. For any of you who want to download the swf's to decompile them this is the method that I use. .
Please read the instructions.
- Tools -
Step 1. If you don't have it already download FireFox.
Step 2. Once you have firefox go get Adblocker Plus. Download Here. Install it.

Step 3a. After firefox restarts go to the webpage you want to download the swf from. Since were talking about neopets Ill use a game as an example. Lets say....the game I just hacked Stowaway Sting.

Step 3b. To open up the Adblocker Plus console hit this sequence of keys Ctrl+Shift+V OR you could just click on the stop symbol and select Open Blockable Items. You should get this screen.

Step 4. In the search box type in swf and it should bring up all the swf's like so.

Step 5. The swf for the game itself ALWAYS starts with a g. So in the picture above look at the swf that says g852_v9_67937.swf. Thats what we're looking for. Every game has different numbers next to the g. So look for this gXXX_XXX etc. Now that you got the link copy and paste it into another address bar. Hit enter and the swf will load. Sometimes a dialog will pop up asking for a user/pass just ignore it can cancel.

Step 6. Now just hit CTRL+S to save the swf itself and save it to where-ever you want.
