Fuck that's rough, I tried sending tickets twice on two occasions, at the very least they replied, but.. Still, to no avail. But I got frozen for cheating on Flash Games which I really did, so there really wasn't any point I guess. Haha.

before that, on my very first account. which is around 8 or 9 years back. yes i was an innocent kid then. there was a website that says omg u can get 10m if you type in your acc and pw here! and got hacked, email changed. send in a tix with all relevant information. neopets also didn't reply nor accept my request to freeze that account at least. i tried every 3-4 months and gave up after awhile. best part yet. that account name is my full name. they are rather ineffective if you ask me. that is why i am here now! giving them a reason to freeze me

Yes I got mine back.

I was frozen for transferring some High value PBs via shop snipe from my ABing side and reason for Buying/Selling Nps.

I basically got unfrozen as I argued my case for about 4 - 6 weeks stating that they had no proof I had sniped the PBs because I had bought them and not just gotten lucky on the wiz. I regularly wiz sniped items and also I was covered via proxy etc etc on my Abing shell so they had no link for the two accounts.

They weren't willing initially but I took it further to viacom and the BBB and after 6 months in total I got it back

I emailed Viacom themselves and forwarded my complaint. Also to the BBB, Better Business Bureau, to be fair I dont think the email to Viacom helped, but when the BBB got involved TNT did seem to step up a gear from the automated responses I was usualy getting.

Wow, was the account worth a lot? Arguing for 4-6 weeks and then waiting for 6 months, you my friend, have a lot of patience. You could be a Lawyer .

Was frozen for selling NC items. They thought my account was hacked because I was sending mass amounts of NC items to random ass accounts. Got it back though.

I've been frozen twice before, and even after repeatedly emailing TNT, I never got my accounts back. Or even heard a response from them.

I've been frozen twice on my old main. Once because I sai hell on the boards. Second time because I got hacked from someone over msn. Still trying to figure out how the person was able to hack me on msn. Oh well. To this date that account is still frozen and apparently it can't be unfrozen on the basis that it's been frozen for too long.

Ok, got my account frozen for AoB/flash game cheating on Kass Basher, submitted a ticket acting like a little person with no idea what cheating was and they gave me back my account telling me that all so called 'cheating sites' and 'free item' pages are fake.

I got frozen for protection because I was on a shell that I didn't own.

I got frozen because some guy hacked into my acc.
So I send a ticket complaining and shit and stating everything I knew and they gave it back out of pity.
Honestly though, if you did something illegit to get you frozen, you are most likely screwed. (70/30 chance of getting it back)

Lol, I got done for selling NC stuffs I was ever so careful yet they realized lol thank fully it was only a 3 month account, didnt mean much but i've never tried getting it back

its was a about 8-9 years back, i was rigging codestone auctions every weekend and earned millions reselling them, But i actually got banned not for that, but for spinning the wheel of excitement on multiple accounts for an avatar -___-
