So far, I've spun the wheel three times. It's more of a thrill for me over spinning the others as there is a very real possibility you'll get something decent.
1st: 100,001 np
2nd: +5 strength
3rd: Lab Map Piece worth 40k

As far as I can tell, yes. You can win cool stuff like Nerkmids, but the chances of that happening is pretty low, and your expected value is lots of negative NPs.
