Personally I prefer using this one:
http://proxy.lc/

Fortunately/unfortunately you have to use a username & password to use it each time. Fortunately because IcedAccounts has BlueShift, unfortunately because it doesn't work with any of Codex's wonderful programs (yet anyways).

Even though you are looking for paid proxies, proxy-list.org has some very decent free elite proxies.

Thats the site I use, and each proxy lasts me about 2-3 days.

Yeah, free proxies don't seem to work for very long if ever for me. I don't mind paying for private ones though if they are going to last longer than 5 minutes.

I don't have too much success going through proxy-list these days. I think you're better off sorting through proxy sites that have been updated within the last week/24 hours (you can do this on google's side bar) and checking every proxy with a checker. If it snags one that isn't just some lameass site redirect, then score. If not, then there's lists and piles to go through, and I've got all day.
