Could someone explain the "five second rule" to me? Is it just the time that the AB waits after buying an item before buying another one? And if so, how can I change this and would that be risky doing so?

After you buy an item you have to wait 5 seconds before you can buy another item. There's not really any point in changing it to less than 5 seconds because it's Neopets which limits it to that 5 seconds rather than us.

So I figured out why codex programs were bizarrely crashing upon opening. It turns out they don't seem to like some Windows 7 themes. They work fine with the default and classic Windows 7 theme but there are some themes that will make them crash.

I have tried all the themes included with Windows 7 and Abrosia (and the older programs) work just fine. Can you tell me which are the trouble making themes?

1. Nope... it doesn't
2. It is still possible to search the shop wiz when you're on a Faerie Quest. Many people just leave a shop wiz tab open just in case they get an FQ at an inopportune time.
3. Random events are included (this is how I found out I had the Sloth Invasion Tax levied against me). FQs don't count as REs, so they aren't logged.

Faerie Quests are on the to-do list but don't expect much until May, Abrosia still works fine even if you do have a faerie quest (it can still search the shop wiz).

It already does log random events doesn't it?

Safe to run this other hour at 1 hour intervals for 6 hours every other days?

Like... 11am, 1pm, 3pm on Mon, Wed, Fri for example.

That's conservative scheduling by some estimates. I'd go for it.
