I've noticed that a lot of the items I buy with a 5K profit restriction, sell for much less, often losing me NP. Should I raise the profit restriction? Or is there a problem with the IDB?

How often does the magic shop restock with potions seems like nothing ever pops up

It's really, really uncommon. I've left Abrosia running all night, non-stop from 11:30 PM, to around 9:00 AM (EST), and never hit a MP restock.
Other times, I've left it running for 6 hours, and hit 6-8 MPs. (Only one buy though... )
Basically, it all depends on the day. It also depends on your accounts age. If you're below 3 months, don't expect to see any.

yea magic has been slow recently this few weeks for me too

i'm not sure to make it work, but I went in the magic shop, and never got anything, I can't even see if its restocking.
Do I change setting, or is it already set perfectly that Id on't have to do anything , but login.

how long did you run it for? magic doesn't restock that frequently, so depending on how long you leave it on, it could take a while.

but yes, you don't have to tweak anything.

really I think I ran it for 2 hours, and it didn't catch anything it it switched to another shop.
I wannted to try to ab in the magic shop to see what it would do, and I imported my own list , but I don't think it took it properly.
I don't want to get caught, and I figure if I run it all day they'll catch me.

2 hours is unusual to not see anything, but sometimes it happens You might just miss all the restocks. What is your profit set to?

Make sure you check off as AB'ing in one shop when you import your own list

and you can only tweak refresh rates, buy times, OCR delays, time spent in each shop and specific shops to AB in when you become advanced. Which is 500 posts or a subscription to the site.

You have to be an advanced member. You can either get a subscription or post 500 times here in the forums

and my own list, i'll try it for longer, and see if it buys anything.thanks

This is a good plan. We can't all get lucky and get items within 15 mins of starting the prog

Basically that's what happened for one hour, and when I check in game, I am not rs banned. What is happening I could normally average 5-7 items an hour, but today, all the items are just not coming. Same thing happens when I use another computer with a different IP. Anyone else facing the same problem?

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up, though you would think there are more people when there's a plot going on.

What you might want to try to do is AB in a specific shop, I know that Pharm is a decent shop to AB in and has many restocks when it does restock.
Or you could find your own shop that you like.
Another thing that you could try to do is switch over to the igloo for a little while, give the main shops a break and then come back later.
Or simply just wait it out, knowing that eventually you will get a good restock.
