Anyway, I know it might not be completely reasonable, but it makes me sad that when Codex goes down, all of our programs are non-functional. Maybe a timeout feature could be implemented so that if the program notices the site is down, you can use it for X min before it shuts down until a successful login?

This may have been already asked for and denied, but I don't think I can get through all 200 pages of this thread.

^You can use the database or somthing else to make your own list, then autobuy with a manual list

I keep getting an error with Abrosia. It worked fine up until last night when it stopped working after I clicked Stop. When I click 'Stop' it just says 'Stopping' indefinitely. Also, when I start the program back up, on the bottom it says 'Status: Downloading Igloo Data from Neocodex' indefinitely.

I posted where you told me to post and received no help there. No one here can help me with this? Who should I contact about it? I'll post my problem again:

It sometimes does that. When it hangs on 'Stopping' just force the program to close by pressing closing the window, or by using the Task Manager. As for the igloo thing, go into the program options and disable the Igloo AB'er altogether. It sucks anyways.
Make sure none of your browsers are using proxies either.

Hey guys I'm having trouble getting Abrosia to work with manual lists. I select "manual" lists and enter a shop number (ex. 3 for toy shop), then import a list and let it run for an hour but it doesn't see any times. It doesn't miss any items and it doesn't buy any items. What's wrong?
Then it didn't restock in that hour. Or you loaded a list from a different shop.

am just wondering how to set the scheduler. when i set it to my current time, it did not go by the ranges that i had up.
does AB follow NST on neopets?
I think so. My scheduling seems to work and I live int he east coast. Just look at the Timer thats come with the Program Manager (:

I was under the impression that it followed your system's time. I can't be sure though, because I'm in the same time zone as NST. *shrugs*

When I try and open it it shows some error.
I have a mac.
"some error" isn't exactly helpful to us.

I've been running it for a few hours and it's only buying things from the Super Happy Icy snowshop, and no where else. And the option to select specific shops is greyed out. Do I have to be an advanced member to use that?
I'm confused but not displeased.

You must be an advanced member to change those settings. This may have been answered already, but I just got this program today.

Otherwise the shop you go in is random and your settings are unchangeable.

That's what I've been doing when it says "Stopping" and I tried disabling the igloo option, but now it's still doing the same thing, but instead of saying igloo, it says "Status: Downloading Main Shop Data from Neocodex..." and it doesn't autobuy anything. I also did make sure i wasn't using any proxies on any of my browsers.

Hey I'm new here and I downloaded the Abrosia program, together with the paid membership. It's currently refreshing the Plushie Palace but it's been an hour and not a single item has been bought. Profits are set to minimum 5k. Is there a problem or do I just need to wait longer?
Edit: Nevermind, it just purchased something right after I posted this. Thanks anyway!
If you haven't already, I would limit the shops that Abrosia goes to to 1-3 separate shops that you would like to sell items from (preferably 1, but the choice is entirely yours on how you choose to proceed )

Are you using a proxy? Sometimes it will return that on a bad proxy.
To answer your second question, you gain advanced by getting 500 posts or by buying it here.
I would hold off on that until you have the autobuyer working, though
And if you want a quick FAQ on Abrosia, check my signature for a link :3

>Language set to English
>If you have Neopets premium, disable the portal
>Try using a default site theme
I think these are the major problems that arise...
