I'm having this issue as well. Have redownloaded and reinstalled a couple times, but no dice. Anyone know of any possible solutions yet besides waiting it out?

I had trouble downloading Abrosia but I worked after 5 tries. I was about to send a bug report when it finally worked!

With the newest version. Make sure you redo all of your settings. We have moved away from using the registry, this way we can move over to mac alot easier.

If you are asking; How do you get to only have a $3 per month subscription, you cant unless you buy it in a pack of 6months or whatever

When you go to buy the new subsription you need to click the bullet point for the 6 month package - it will say next to it.
You have to pay for all 6 months at once so $18

I am having an issue with the ab, It keeps going to downloading info from the database, and it refreshes at a new shop every time. What is going on?

Uninstalling, restarting, and then reinstalling. Couldn't hurt.
Did this and it worked for a day, but now it's back to the same problem again. Kinda annoying having to completely uninstall and then reinstall when I want to use it, but ah well, it works well enough in the end.

Er.. you shouldn't have to do that. I know ImonaboaT was having that problem but they had a computer virus and as soon as they scanned their computer it worked after that.Did this and it worked for a day, but now it's back to the same problem again. OK I am suddenly having an issue with Abrosia..
When I AB an UB and it tries to price it. Instead of just marking it 0 and moving on to the next item it locks up. I'm thinking its having issues with the DB, something is going wrong when communicating with the site.
This is the error log:
Ok so I just checked and it DID price the items and this time they weren't UBs either. But AB did lock up and I had to shut it down.

If another program, or you went onto neopets, or even a random logout due to cookies expiring could cause you to log out.

If you logged in through the program and not imported cookies, it would have automatically logged in for you. Since it didn't have a clue how to log you back in (since you imported browser cookies), it just quit the program.
In the future we'll have a better way of handling this error...

hey I'm trying to use the main shop on this. (I normally just igloo buy) but I'm trying to rs from the plushie shop. And I can't choose the shop. The area where I would choose from is greyed out. This is on the database option not the manual. I can choose a manual list but I don't have a list for a 3 week account. Lol. If someone could tell me whats wrong. Or if this options not currently working that'd be great.

You need to be an Advanced Member to use that function. To get Advanced Member you need either 500 non-spam posts or to purchase a paid subscription which would give instant access.
