I get that when a proxy fails... I usually run a test...
If it's bad, replace the proxy, obviously
If it's still good, stop and restart... if you still get the error, close the program and begin again

Several people have gotten frozen, but that was for sitting in a popular shop for extended periods of time, I for one have been running it nonstop for almost, if not, a week straight (minus the few times I needed to restart my computer for misc. problems) and because the shop randomizer throws me in different shops every 45 minutes, I am perfectly fine. So, has anyone gotten iced/frozen yet using the program? We all should be okay if we run just 2-4 hours a day, and not get greedy right?

Yeah, sometimes, then it switches to the igloo until it's gone, so until I get my 10 items for the day, it's still buying stuff. If not, it just prices items.dont you get RSbanned then? i get it every day and i know restock banned once isnt bad but often or is that still fine

Well, I don't pick up much, and I've only gotten one UB out of everything, and I've only made about 600k out of it, so I doubt I get TnT's attention much. I'm more doing it for the Database than anything else, though the thought of some BD weapons and a Lab Map are tempting more a bit.I'm surprised you're still going. Every day that you survive tempts me more and more.

<~~~ Look at my join date, and I'm #16 on the list (at the moment, 7,328) for "items priced" for Abrosia. Can there be any exceptions to access to the better version? Special permissions?

Why does use of the better version have to be based on number of posts? I've been a member for awhile but I don't post much... at all. I read a lot of the boards and don't have anything to contribute, but I don't want to spam in order to get access to the better program.

Where would a forum be if we only had people who didn't post? If you'd have even bothered to make 1-2 posts per day while you've been here you could have gotten to 500 posts easily. You're fortunate to have any kind of access to this program imo.

I am one of the highest contributors to the pricing of the items. I don't want to post things that are meaningless. A forum is for a contribution of ideas, and if I don't have any ideas to contribute, I don't want to clutter the pages. I am contributing as much as I can to the Abrosia program.

I'm sure you're only running it out of the goodness of your heart and to contribute to the database, not for any other reason.
I find it difficult to believe that you've had absolutely nothing to contribute for over a year...and I don't think it would be a good idea to reward people for not posting.

Most programs of this variety usually take about 500-1000 posts to get access to... but the team decided to give limited access to newer members because of the item database... so it's not possible to be a pure leech
So I'm in full agreement. I feel lucky to have access to the program, and you see how much I use it.

Other places actually charge people real money to get access to these kind of things too. Maybe we should do that...

Or they have not gotten to you yet. I have found most times when I have been frozen for using a program like a AB unless its been a blatant cheating on my part they usually do not get around to freezing me until 3 weeks or so later. And each and every time its been because I have let it run for way too long. So just be aware running it for days on end may end up freezing you in the long run. Just not right away.If they did, they would of froze me days ago, and they haven't yet, so I feel that I'm fine.

Well it wasn't working for me for buying in my first days of use, but I figured I was helping out everyone by keeping it running anyway. Just last night it finally starting working properly.
Over the last year I did my first year of college, honors engineering. Whether or not I had something to contribute wasn't exactly the issue, I didn't have time to But I have since learned several programming languages so I may actually be able to do something. Granted, I'm not at the skill level of you guys..
And I agree, you shouldn't be rewarding people for not posting. Just maybe special circumstances would allow it

There isn't any reason for special circumstances in your case. We all have jobs, school, real life obligations but we still find time to contribute, why should you have the same privileges as the members who have made this site what it has become over the past few years?
However, if you did start to contribute I'm sure you'd get 500 post in no time, even with out spamming. Also, I'm positive that if you contributed heavily in the programing department and made it on the programming team that they would make special circumstance for you and give you full access to programs like this.
Back in the day auto buyers weren't even allowed below private member, which the majority of private members have over 2000 posts and have contributed a lot in their time here. It's really nice of the staff to even release programs like this to the public.
