I bet your using the Premium portal on your older account. Log out of that.

i don't have premium on the older account, its a basic account with no themes or anything. when i use my main which does have premium i get the waiting xx.x seconds before refresh line in the bottom bar when running and the numbers change every time it refreshes, it also says if i have missed anything or bought anything so it's working fine for that account.
but as that is my main i don't really want to use that account but if i try the older account the bottom bar will say visiting shop ID: (name of shop) (0/xxx) and it seems to just freeze there i can leave it for three hours and nothing happens then i go to close it and it tells me to check error log

I'd guess it hasn't been able to save the image so it errors when trying to work out the captcha. Do you have the correct permissions for it to be able to save images?

His post clearly says that it works fine on his account with premium. The program does NOT work on his account that does not have premium aka a standard Neopets Account.

No. You fail at reading. I said "This error is related to Premium" Because that is the error that you get whenever your logged into the Premium Portal.

But he is clearly saying:
The older account is a 'normal aged' neopets account with nothing special on it.
The newer/main account is a premium account.

If he tries on the newer/main (premium) account it works fine. But he does not want to use the program on this account because it is his main.
If he tries on the older (non premium) account the program = megafail.

Or maybe he is mistaken....

now that's cleared up

the account i want to use has no premium on it its that horrid yellow neopets colour with all those big annoying flashy adverts

its says site themes none aged shell no premium no themes nothing special just a regular boring neopets account

It means your banned from restocking. Wait 24-48 hours and start again.

Because your not advanced member. You cant set the times below 8 seconds.

Get to 500 posts than you will be advanced and have the ability to change settings on quite a few programs, and your np gen will get you more profits too if you use it.

Well obviously we can't guarantee what you buy will sell, but if you price competitively you shouldn't have a problem. My shop is pretty much where all my income comes from.
