If the screensaver kicks in, then nothing should be wrong with it, as the computer is still running, but if goes idle and enters sleep mode, then there would be problems with the program, as it wouldn't be running at all. Thanks for answering :]. I don't see this in the FAQ, if your computer goes Idle, does this screw up the program at all? [Screen-saver activates] because it seems to me if my screen-saver activiates or my computer goes idle, I didn't see any new restocks or anything (could just be nothing was of value.)

So i have a question. I left the autobuyer on for more then 4 hours but when i came back and checked it i never even got one item. normaly ill get like 10-15 or so. But the program did take the money from my shop till when someone bought my items, so it didnt lag up or anything. Does anyone know what went down?
Sounds to me like an unlucky autobuying spree. It at least attempted to buy though right?

Definitely. If you're using the Vidalia package, just set the proxy address in Abrosia to 127.0.0.1:8118, and make sure Privoxy and Vidalia are running.Quick question.. would there be a way to use tor with abrosia some way? some kind of hook or something? it would be very useful since proxies that work properly have the tendency to hide from me.

No nothing happened what so ever. There was no attempt to buy anything

Profitable items will sell out in seconds. If your refresh rate and starting time are the unlucky combination that refresh just prior to a stocking, you won't see jack.No nothing happened what so ever. There was no attempt to buy anything

Yeah, it happens occasionally. It's why you should check it every so often, so you can restart it if you're not even getting misses.wow.. I understand. So its not that i set something up wrong or there is a problem with it? I just set it up at the worst possible time lol

I will also add auto-login if Abrosia detects a log-out since people seem to be having problems with that.

what ident does it use? ff or ie etc?
the idea for irc is good, but does it really know if its restocking? does it have a feature such that if someone saw a new batch of items(restock), your program receives the info and starts refreshing?

There might be something wrong with your python runtime files. You should try to re-download and install them. That might fix your problem.

Guests can even download the programs. It just seems that the CodexChex lets unvalidated people and up through though. Why can validating members still download and use the programs?

Because they'll download it, see that they need an account, and then they will sign up with us.Why would we want guests using up our bandwidth?
They have a far more likely chance of signing up once they have the program installed on their hard drive, than if they only see the program after they've signed up.
Plus we have unlimited bandwidth. This month: 38622.78/∞ MB

Isn't unlimited bandwidth expensive? x,X
