Will items that are listed in the database, but not listed as in a shop still be bought at that shop?

Example: Full lupe armour will restock in Defence Magic ID#10, but in our database it is listed as unpriced and not seen in the main shops. So will Abrosia pick up on this, should one restock there, and then attempt to purchase it? Or will it see it and not do anything?

Thanks.

EDIT: This is of course buying using specific shop IDs. Not the manual list.

It'll see the item and harvest the information to add to the database, from then on it'll be available for purchasing.

Okay. But for the first time it sees the item it will not attempt to purchase it. Correct?

How often are you using the NP generator? If you're using it within less than 24 hours, then you're not going to make any money.

2-3 hour sessions.

1-3 times per day.

Those are recommended for optimal freeze avoidance.

Unless you are an Advanced Member (500+ posts, member for a month OR Buy a $3 Subscription) you cannot input what shops you want Abrosia to visit.

Do you mean unpriced or unbuyable? Yes it will buy unbuyable items, and it wouldn't be a good idea for it to buy items without a known price.

And many could be worth very little but would still be unpriced until the database has enough data to work with.

If you want to help with the unpriced items then you could have a look in the database and use the search to go through all the mainshops with items whose price range is 0-0. Then if you know the prices for any of those items (and not just prices from jellyneo) you can make a thread in the neopets section with that information for somebody to update the database. Try to keep it all in one thread though and as few posts as necessary.

To buy items with a guarentee profit of X neopoints (you set the profit margin mine is 3k neopoints profit). Then to automatically stock and price your store and finally to deposit profits into the bank.

Its also used , to a small extent, to buy UBs that stock too quickly in main stores.

Most of that is just the epicness of Abrosia.

ABers work via buying rare items at a mainshop, and selling them to other people higher prices (Welcome to economics 101). An Automatic Buyer just does the buying for you, enabling you to beat out other people trying to buy items. Abrosia picks the best items for you because it knows how much everything sells for, and buys the things that give you the most profit, it also stocks and prices the items for you!

3 options

12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours

12 hours is most common

Eff. At least I've filled my stock. I just can't seem to sell anything that's worth over 99,999!

If you want to avoid the trouble of selling UB's, go to 'Main Shop Settings' and make sure the 'Buy items considered unbuyable' box is unselected.
I've unselected it about 2 weeks ago and have got higher profits than before, as I rarely have the patience to advertise my trades, so my UB's tend to rot away in the TP :p.
