Hi,

before we even start. Some of you may call this idea crazy. I know your arguments and story, but I still want to try this.

Now that is out of the way. A most common question asked about the wheels on Neopets is "Is it worth spinning (name wheel)?". Most guides only refer to the prizes and say something vague about it. After playing Neopets for so long, I've become curious. Instead of just a vague mention, I've been "researching" if it's actually worth it.

The problem with this is, that you can only get a conclusion if you have a lot of data. I've been saving my own spins for the wheel of excitement, but it's going to slow. By the time I would reach my goal, a lot of time would have passed.

So, I'm turning to you guys for help. I'm asking you to PM/post your scores here for the "Wheel of Excitement". With scores:

• NP: how much NP.
• Other: What kind of other?

If you PM, rest assured. I won't share these scores with anybody. Only the conclusions I wil share.

Sometimes I hate English as language learned at school. I can't seem to place the word 'lofty'. I hope you will remember and post them. The idea may be far-fetched, but as far a I know, nobody ever tried.

What you should do is get people to log their prize on Neoalerts and then send you their logs every week or so.

That way you wont get a shitload of PMs and no one can accuse people of spamming.

Its a good idea and all, and I praise you for attempting something like this, but I don't think there's that much of a benefit to doing this. Unlike something like the Wheel of Extravagance, where each wheel seems like a fortune, nobody'll really measure their chances when spinning this wheel.

Not sure how true this was but I heard that if you spin the wheel of excitement on the hour exactly you get the 20k but ive never really tried. I will post too after logging a few.

I usually get some alright stuff. It's usually 2000np but I once got a pretty decent morphing potion... I can't remember which one though so it wasn't that amazing but I sold it for around 300k

the problem with this idea is that some of the spots (like the question mark) have a lot of different options in terms of how much np is given out. It seems to me that the OP wanted to know specific amounts as a means of showing over time what a net loss/profit would be.
