I understand that you shouldn't run abrosia more then say 2-4 hours a day.

So I've created 2 x 2 hour time slots in the scheduler.

Is it OK to leave abrosia running 24/7 and let it only work during the schedule?

I've checked my account from another account and it says I've been on-line for 11 hours.

Should I stop abrosia or can I keep it going?

Most of us keep it running 24 hours but with scheduling. As long as you have realistic wait times and a realistic schedule there shouldn't be any reason to get frozen. Just don't make it look like you're actually ABing all the time. xD

Well tbh, I've never had a schedule on mine. Sometimes I leave it running 48 hours (if I'm lucky enough not to get RS banned)... If not, I often leave it until I am RS banned, or leave it running over night. When I get RS banned, I use it on another account xD I always use default settings though, and let it RS in whichever shop it goes to, and I've not been frozen once (of course, I could be speaking too soon ). I've been doing this for months. Sometimes, I leave it a week or so without using it at all.

No no, it set to AB about 2.5 hours in the morning then again 2.5 hours in the evening. That's it.

But I just noticed that logged in time was 11.5 hours and I was getting kinda nervous.

Are you sure this is ok?

Thats what I'm hoping. lol Leaving it on for weeks at a time? Its only a matter of time till you get banned.

i keep it going a lot.. something like 10 hours a day with non advanced member settings it should be fine i think
