Neocodex. I seek advice. Would there be any advantages if I were to start ABing from my old account? Because at this point I'm ready to just start over.

So, here's my situation. I left Neopets when I was finishing grade school. Fast forward many, many years later, and I've suddenly became mildly interested in it again. I come back to find the account frozen ("for my own protection") because someone was apparently using it for some purpose or another. After a lengthy ticketing session, I got the account back - minus every item of worth. My old pets (I had a Draik! >_>) are now scattered to the four corners of the world, and I doubt I'm going to get any of them back considering that the people who adopted them haven't been seen in months.

This game is a godsend for college students during downtime, but I sure as heck aren't going to play it "legitimately" anymore. I'm not one to claim that I'm an expert at this game, but I feel like I've a decent grasp on the basics.Either way, it'll be a zero-capital startup - just like the old days.

There are certainly advantages. In addition to being able to see higher rarity items, you can AB at the AAA (Almost Abandoned Attic). Your account isn't going to be mistaken for a shell, either, since it was legit at one point.

If I were you, I'd make a couple of shells to age while you AB on your once-legit main. Just do it.

You'll be fine ABing on your older account. It's better than creating a new account because you'd have to wait 4 months to see the higher rarity items, and 3 years to AB in AAA. So the advantages for ABing on your old acct are as holaCarlos said.

Wow, I like your story! (No sarcasm intended) How old is your account? (Make sure to not post your Account Username lol)

One advantage would be the fact that you don't have to worry about transferring over items/NPs to your main (which you will be ABing on) which is very nice. lol

I personally only AB on my main and as long as you don't go overboard and don't restock at Magic etc. you should be completely fine. In fact, since you can use the Attic you're even better off than me!

The only other things I can say is to maybe keep things legit for a month or two to be on the safe side. The fact that you just got your account just got unfrozen might make a little more suspicious if you had a borderline "too fast" RS or other oddity. I wouldn't be to worried, I AB from my main and haven't had any issues. Just don't do anything dumb. I always do it slightly wanting to get frozen and hopefully I'll be so frustrated I never come back to procrastinate on Neo.

I just want to add that although the Magic Shop seems risky, it doesn't mean that there's an 100% chance you'd get frozen if you AB there (as long as you do it intelligently) (although a lot of users do RS there, whether legitimately or illegitimately, so you'd have a lot of competition )

But anyways, you should probably take a look at the Abrosia FAQ (www.neocodex.us/forum/topic/93244-the-abrosia-faq/) and Abrosia Tutorial (http://www.neocodex....osia-explained/) (&any other guides) before you start ABing since you seem pretty new with it o: ~~
