Wonder who would make the first OS.

I'd be more excited about creating simulators with them...or solving algorithmically inefficient problems.

E: imagine the state it would leave the world of cryptography in if brute forcing went from a computation that takes years to just minutes...

We were promised flying cars and jetpacks and food that comes in a pill years ago. To me it seems like it will forever just be a "Its coming soon!" thing.
