So,

As you may have already been able to tell we have been experiencing several problems with our server for which Dreamhost is to blame. We are doing our best to try and move to a new server, but in the mean-time for the sparks of up-time that we do have we have decided to open things up a bit.

Currently all Members have access to advanced perks for the next 3 days (within the program manager).
Currently all Advanced Members have received an extra 6 days added onto their subscriptions.

We sincerely apologize for all of this inconvenience and will do our best to rectify it :)

Nice. hope the move through to the new server goes through. I would NOT want to stay with dream host.. thank you admins! :D

edit: I would not mind paying more for this change of server to go through, no more dreamhost please!

I really appreciate that you guys are giving these perks to everyone even though the site going down was in no way your fault but the hosts fault. It is greatly appreciated how awesome our staff is so I commend all of you guys.

Thanks guys for your hard work and patience last 2 days, and now for this free advanced. It was a good chance to see how you guys do in such a chaotic situation, now I feel confident with sticking to the Neocodex. I respect and congratulate you once more. *shakes NeoCodex flag*

Thanks guys! Appreciate it. Also really appreciate your hard work through all these problems! Got me worried for a bit when codex went missing for a day, then two, but am real happy to see everything's coming along :)

What about we people who refreshed every minute and have been so loyal that we've progressed passed advanced :(

I say mod to everyone that is retired and mods get promoted to admins. *whistles*

(I'm glad members get more advanced, I'm not surprised of this classy move)

Oh, I just bought advanced a few minutes before reading this, do I still get extra 3 or 6 days? If not that's alright, I'm just wondering.

You should PM the admins + Hydrogen and ShadowLink64 (in one conversation) to get your subscription enabled, we've been having problems with the subscription system since the recent downtime.

As for if you'd get 3 or 6 days, the 6 days would only apply to Advanced Members whose subscriptions were active while we were experiencing the downtime in order to compensate them for that lost time.

Nope, just within the Program Manager. You won't need restock lists for the next 3 days though since you'd have Advanced Member perks. :p

thanks you guys, what time is this going to kick in? i just went to dial down my settings and select my shops but was told i needed to purchase advanced.

edit, nevermind i just closed my open session and reloaded it no problems, thanks again guys

Thanks! I was thinking that a compensation like this wouldn't happen even for paying members. Glad to know the peeps in charge have a sense of customer service.

I think everytime a major downtime of our services happens, we give compensation like this.

Our reputation means a lot more to us than the bottom dollar, which is partly why we're putting in the work to get away from this atrocity of a host once and for all. :/
