By the way - would be nice if someone from Mods can check my confirmation mail - because I still didn't get it.

There's been issues with the validation system. If you check the announcements thread, there's one about validating. You just have to e-mail one of the admins on here, and he'll get you going (e-mail address and format in that thread).
