So i just reset the variables within the program manager so all of you free members who have been enjoying advanced member perks will be sent back to normal-mode now. I was actually planning on removing this on March 2nd, i even left myself a note within the code so i would remove it:

    elif user.member_group_id in [MEMBER]: #Normal Members

        #level = 1

        level = 2 # REMOVE ON MAR 2nd

See. I even used all caps to make sure that i did it!

Anyways, if you wish to get those perks back, just buy a membership xD It helps keep the servers in better condition and buys us a beer every now and then

Can I ask, are those of us who bought subscriptions going to get an extension on our advance for Codex's downtime, since the normal members got compensated?
Not sure if that's been asked elsewhere and here's a good place to ask

I believe advanced members who had bought a subscription had their membership times extended by a few weeks as compensation. I might be wrong about this but everyone should have been compensated for the downtime. If you aren't sure whether your account was compensated, pm an admin and they will take a look into things for you.

Also, I believe we do have a lol emoticon:

That's what I thought too, since members got compensated right after the first downtime, which lasted only 2 days. After the longer downtime (2 weeks?) and server change, I was waiting for an official announcement about it, but given all that the admins had been swamped with, I thought maybe it would be addressed later on. Haven't seen anything about it yet, so I thought I'd just take the chance to ask
