Just wondering if being restock banned this much should be of any concern to me? Am I more vulnerable to be frozen?

I've always associated higher time restock banned/frequency of ban with getting restock banned several times in a row within a short period of time.

It's probably nothing to be too concerned with. But if you're getting restock banned that much, you might want to change your refresh rate to where you don't refresh as often, that should help. Or you might just be on a streak of bad luck =/

This is fine. I use 5 as a minimum, but you should be okay.

Well, if you are worried about being frozen, Stamp and Magic are very high freeze rate.

Take a break. I don't know if it's a coincidence but every time I AB shortly after I've been unbanned, I get banned again faster And I use default 8-10s times.

About 4-5 hours throughout the day on and off

I AB for about an hour and a half and stop for a couple. Hasn't gotten me banned yet.

I AB at 3-6 seconds usually for refresh times, 2 hours at a time, like 3 or 4 times a day and I've been rs banned twice in the past month

Could be because you're sitting in a shop with a bunch of items that aren't selling, therefore it's not restocking, so you're not buying anything, which I believe makes you switch shops afterwards (non - advanced), which in turn makes you refresh the same shop for a long time, which I guess leads to an RS ban.
