I just ate some delectable cheese and I wanted to ask you fine people of Codex what your favorites are!

I bought some Muenster not too long ago and I am liking it. I think my favorite is feta && -definitely- on pizza.

(I would make a poll but not feeling like it. :p)

Any suggestions on some 'not so common' kinds to try?

Muenster is delicious! I bought a horseradish cheese that was really good too.

Muenster is reminding me of another cheese that I've had before. . not sure what, though.
I forgot about pepper jack!

Horseradish cheese?! Is it spicy?

I'm fond of a good feta, but parmesan and nice cheddars are probably my favourites, I use them often with cooking and baking.

I can't really comment on just plain eating cheeses because I don't eat cheese by itself. :(

If I cooked more, I know I would use a bunch of cheese... like add it to bread and stuff.
I love when Domino's is generous with the feta.

Feta and gooey goats' cheeses are always nice but I love a bit of Manchego and Edam. Seriously strong cheddar's up there too ;)

Blue cheese is amazing on pizza! I don't think I could eat it by itself though :3

Feta, I put that shit on everything. Salads, sandwiches, pizzas, sometimes I just break of a chunk and nibble on it.

Muenster and goats cheese are my favorites. I also loooove bleu cheese nomnomnom. I'm not a huge fan of supersharp cheddars or cheeses that are dry tasting. Funny I was actually thinking the other day about stopping by the cheese house to pick up some new ones that I haven't tried before, so I hope people post more fun and new cheeses in here :x3:

The only time I have had blue cheese is a little on a salad or blue cheese dressing. I picked up a piece in Rouses and then my hands smelled awful. It's kind of intimidating. >_<
I've never heard of Manchego and Edam.

Bone, the only thing I am familiar with in your post is the word cheddar, lol.

One of the best cheeses I've ever eaten is white stilton with cranberry, but I haven't gotten my hands on any in quite some time.

I generally like sharp or salty cheese. I want to enjoy goat cheese and blue cheese, but I don't.

I went to the local cheese house today and I am so happy! I picked up some honey goat cheese which is absolutely amazing

I also got some Gruyére which I am very eager to try with some white wine.

Swiss, Mozza, and Brie.
Ricotta too..but apparently it's not technically a cheese :(
Care Bear don't care. Lasagna isn't the same without it.

This Gruyere sounds good. I may have to give it a try. I had some feta cheese on an eggplant sandwich at a Middle Eastern restaurant the other day and it was sooo delicious. Ah!
