This time I got Cotswold, Drunken Goat, goat cheese with honey (again), and Wensleydale with cranberries which is OMG fantastic.

Mmmmm, that looks similar to the white stilton with cranberries I mentioned in my previous post. Sooooooo good.

I thought of that! I wanted Stilton but they didn't have any, they said the shelf life is so short and it doesn't sell well so it's not worth keeping in stock. I might resort to buying it online... silly podunk town

What a shame. I bought it from a little cheese shop in Bucks County, PA (a very cute place to visit if you're ever in the area), and haven't been able to find it elsewhere, although I have to admit I haven't been to many local cheese places. I have gotten stilton with apricot from the grocery store, but it's just not the same.
