I'm new to autobuying and such.. I was pretty much playing it "legitimately" up until a few weeks ago.
I don't wanna get frozen though!
So i ask...
What is the best (free) proxy in your opinion, and when should i use it?

Also, what's the safest way to transfer NP to a safe account?

You're not gonna get a good (free) proxy. Free proxies are normally used by a lot of different people, meaning most, if not all, are not really going to be safe to use. If you really want to do this properly you're going to need to break down and pay for either a private high anon proxy or just get a VPN.

I actually have a good free proxy, but it took ages to find. So if you're up to digging and testing lots of different proxies...
