I don't know for sure but you might not have purchased that morphing potion anyway.
Because when I used to restock semi legit when I clicked the neopet it would lag and be waiting on that page for a couple of seconds and then tell me I missed it.
Whenever I didn't have enough neopoints, it would take me to the page telling me I don't have enough neopoints straight away. (That happened to me a lot.)
Anyway, that's why I think you might not have got it.
Because when I used to restock semi legit when I clicked the neopet it would lag and be waiting on that page for a couple of seconds and then tell me I missed it.

You might not even got it even if you had enough nps. And it is just weird to forget to withdraw nps honestly.
