Thanks guys i have a issue with the program manager is it buggy or not?

Whats the problem? If you get an error pop up, please post the contents of it in HERE so the programmers can see it and work on a fix.

Pro-tip: Don't go all crazy on the Program Manager; don't score send 24/7, have unrealistic times etc. Start off small in the ABer too.
