I don't think I've ever been 'good' in any test where 'good' is a possibility.

I take these things and I always get Lawful Good... Not this time.
I think I know why, too: This test asking me what I thought of my family? Yeah. The "They're out of touch with reality" response is NOT exaggerating. Let's just say that the last time I had a conversation with my mom, she advised me that eating coconut oil will prevent cancer and got annoyed with me because I'm a woman with short hair and "girls shouldn't look like boys".
I'd have to be uber-lawful not to be annoyed with my family. So the test canceled out the Lawful and Chaotic options and came up with neutral, I guess.
By the way, I play D&D in real life, and love it. I like playing the good guys--not shiny happy good guys; just decent people you know will have your back. At the moment I'm playing a sixteen-year-old paladin who's an escapee from the campaign world's version of Mordor... she's a little bit unsure and anxious, but she's also the front-line fighter that everyone knows they can absolutely trust. I like her. I usually prefer wizards, but I needed a lower-powered class to fit into this party, and she makes a decent tank/backup healer/diplomat.
