To answer your questions, suspicious activity usually means someone logged into it somewhere else and changed the email and/or password associated with the account. They will freeze accounts like this for your protection. If you purchased this account from someone, that is why it was frozen. Lost password emails? That could be TNT fucking up and sending emails to the wrong person or someone could be requesting them to try to gain access to your account. How long it will take them to respond could be months, though after a recent fix in the ticket system their responses have been as quick as a few days.
