Because it will not let me start topics or let me renew without contacting an admin, would one of you please be able to tell me who the admins are that the renewal request requires me to talk to? Thank you so much for your help

You mean your advanced membership? PM Hydrogen, he's the one who mainly deals with the money side of codex.
