I was shocked this morning to see that my main account has been frozen.
The message says: Warning. This account has been FROZEN for the following reason: This account was found to be cheating on the flash games.


I feel like an idiot. I've had this account for over 6 years and built it up without help until this last month or two that I decided to do auto buying, then I wanted to see how the auto score worked. Guess now I know, huh.

I sent in scores for 3 games and thought I was in my shell account. Sooo, now what do I say to them in my ticket to get my account back? How long does it take? I didn't send in any huge scores.

Anyone else been able to get their account unfrozen? I thought I read somewhere when it says 'warning' they are likely to unfreeze.
(if this topic is posted anywhere else, I couldn't find it)

If you're caught cheating on flash games, there's not really a way to be unfrozen.

Sorry buddy you are likely out of luck. TNT rarely unfreezes accounts unless it was entirely their mistake. You likely won't even get a response.

So, what went wrong? I used the neocodex score sender. I only sent 3 games. I thought the program is suppose to space out the time between sending the scores. How did TNT know???

I doubt you'll get your account back.

I know a couple of legit games, who got frozen because they were accused to cheat on flash games.
It happend about 6-10 months ago. One even sent in a screenshit ..but no response.

Ahhh oh gosh, that's horrible!! D: Score sending can be really risky, and can get your account frozen in no time and you more than likely won't get that account back....

Yes, same IP. I rarely use my shell account except for shopping and doing dailies. I am sick to my stomach.

I had that same feeling the first time I was frozen. Once you learn how to cheat much more safer, efficiently, and stealthily, you'll bounce back with ease

I learned a long time ago not to score send. If you want to go the illegit way, I suggest AoB.

That's understandable. I was attached to my UC Royalboy Kougra before I was frozen for abusing the Dailies glitch.

Here's a way to think positive of the situation: Now that the pets/account that you felt attached to is now gone, this is the perfect opportunity to experiment yourself with all the programs. You are now unhindered from doing big risks. Make disposable accounts and test out times/scores with your score sender and find the perfect Abrosia setting for you.

That's the problem then. If your shell gets frozen for certain things, i.e. flash game cheating; they'll freeze every account recently accessed from that IP.

I find that a bit silly though. I mean, what if your family only has 1 computer and both you and your sibling(s) play Neopets? Or your friend comes over and shows you his stuff on your computer? Freezing an account based on other account usage is completely unfair.

As the others have mentioned, it is unlikely it will be unfrozen. It really sucks, I've had one of them way back which I worked hard on and even bought my first Neo related item in RL to use for KQ. But trying to SS I ticked an option which sent a doubled score on Faerie Caves, I even tried to play "dumb" by sending in a ticket to them saying I don't know what happened it must of glitched or something. (I know I even laugh a bit at my stupidity for it now) I then got over it and created another account. I was still mad about my last one so I was SS the avatar games, all was good. Near the end of last year I went for DOM and used AOB but silly me never saw the "don't send in double trouble etc" boom! Freezed again baby. Yeah...so now I have a new one again 6 months old with a side. I never SS anymore and use AOB carefully.

I suggest maybe looking into AOB as it looks more legit as you play the game. But always watch the time you take on certain ones and the scores, If you get a score being reviewed I go play like Fashion Fever and sponsors so it looks more legit looking instead of tons of reviews.

Sometimes TNT likes to chain-freeze. You are found sending in scores with unrealistic times/scores, they'll freeze you in a heart beat. Even if it's just one account, if the IP has recent activity of other accounts (shells, mains, whichever), they'll freeze them too.

You have to be extremely cautious with score sender. I only send in 2 games because of some experimenting I've done.
Best advIce: for the two minute games, look at the 'top 3 scores' and try to get numbers close to them, try to keep them odd/even same, if possible. Best way to find legit scores though is through 'for reals' playing the games and doing some multiplcation to get the scores you want.

My best advice though is to stick to ABing. It's the safest method and fastest.

This is when proxies come into play! If you want to avoid it again maybe have a look at the guide below if your not already familiar with them.

Sorry that you were frozen, happens to most of us at least once!

How did you do that? Is there a magic word you have to say to them?

I've heard that if you send a ticket in another language than english usually you'll get a quicker response... if you want to send one in portuguese I can help you out
