I figured this section was reasonably appropriate

I can't get onto my 2 year old neocodex account, Ozonewolf. When I say 'forgot password' it says no use with that name exists, yet it is still there in the lookup. I'm 90 percent sure my password is correct too.

Is it because of inactivity?
