I just saw it and I thought it was a great movie. Thinking since the movie opened 3 days ago and has already made 518 million according to wiki must have been a lot of people anticipating the movie. I did not hear about it until like 3 days before premier and was going to see it Friday and Saturday but was Sold Out! which I have never seen one do even on opening night. Also seeing on IMBD how 85k rated it and the average was 8.1 out of 10 and on rotten tomatoes 91 percent of 41k of people liked it I thought it must be good. What were your thoughts about the movie.

Also I am hoping there will be a sequel to it with the same characters and actors starting where it left off when he gave him the top secret file.

I agree. I found him a little bit weird. Loved the part where he said a first time for everything and he said like how do you know it is my first time or something to that affect. The bad guy looked mad. lol

I never really liked movies like this but this one was way more then the average James Bond movie I thought. It is sort of like how I personally do not like old Star Trek and I love the newer ones.

As I said before, for me it's the worst movie in the series so far. I just couldn't believe I was watching a James Bond movie... It seemed like any other commercial action movie, not 007. And I'm not saying that because of Daniel Craig, I love his interpretation of Bond, it's just that the movie really sucked.

Awesome movie. Villain was casted very well. Don`t want to put spoilers here, so i`ll just say go see the movie if you havn`t.

I agree, the villain was amazing in Skyfall, but overall I don't feel the plotline was nearly as good as Casino Royale. I loved the shots of all the cities they filmed in, but a pretty setting doesn't really make up for a lack of substance.

I'll sum up how bad this movie truly was. Essentially, the head of British intelligence is being targeted. Instead of getting her out of the country, getting her to a military base, or, I dunno; putting her in a room with locked doors, they take her somewhere with basically no weapons and then go out of their way to help the villain find her?! So they arrive, realize they have basically no weapons, and don't call someone. Or, better yet, they villains arrive with an attack chopper and they still don't do call for reinforcements?

Judi Dench was an amazing M and I just wasn't ready for her to leave, especially not under these circumstances. I mean, Bond's supposed to be debriefed after this and basically say "Oh, yeah, I thought me, an old dude, and an old woman would be able to handle it...sorry I got my boss killed?!" Craig's Bond is actually one of my favorites because of how gritty he is but given how far out of their way they went to make him look old, I don't see getting more than 1 additional movie from him which really sucks since they rebooted the series only 2 movies ago.

Bright spots: New Q is pretty awesome, I do like Ralph Fiennes and the new Moneypenny is awesome.

I'd say it's one of the best Bond movies, if not the best. I haven't seen Casino Royale in a while so I don't know how it compares, but Skyfall blew me away. Javier Bardem is downright amazing in it. I've been trying to get my boyfriend to go see it with me because I want to see it again, but he won't :c

I really liked the movie (my first bond movie ever) but I thought it was a little bit long...

Acting? Brilliant.

Honestly, it was one of the best films of the year for me. I am a huge Bond fan, and this movie gave me so many feels. If you haven't seen it yet, do yourself a favor!

The whole movie (especially the intro scene with all the effects) was gorgeous, and the characters were great (amaaazing villain!). However, the ending scene felt... meh? Kinda "oh, that's it?"

No one's claiming that tbh. Only saw parts of it but it doesn't strike me as hard as casino royale. That will always be the peak of any daniel craig bond movies and i denounce anyone else who claims otherwise

In saw it in the hospital, after watching the avengers. I can say I loved sky fall and its effects, actually I liked it a tiny bit more than the avengers. I did like the ending scene with the explosions, and Adele had a lovely song in the beginning.
