How do I cancel my Advanced Membership?

You cannot cancel a month that you have already bought. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
You will not be charged for next month, unless you buy another subscription.

Subscriptions now automatically renew until you cancel them on our site. You can cancel subscriptions inside your client area by clicking your name at the top right and clicking client area . Let me know if you have any issues and I'll be more than happy to help .

Huh, my bad. I thought we stopped renewals because of charging issues

It was a pretty big bug so yes, we had done that . Apparently it has been fixed in the latest version of IP.Nexus. However, given some of the other bugs I've found this week, I wouldn't run anything past Invision Power Services.Huh, my bad. I thought we stopped renewals because of charging issues

No problem at all! You might also check your Paypal recurring payments to make sure that everything is hunky dory .
