hi guys, i'm new member here and also a new member of neopets, i downloaded the abrosia program, and i started with about 20000 np on my account, but it doesn't do the autobuy, it says me:

Attic: Account too new... Attic AB feature disabled.

it checks every shops but nothing, i had abrosia opened on my pc for about 3 hours and it haven't bought nothing yet, is this an error? or my account is too new? is better to get the abrosia premium membership for 5$ a month? thank you

The age of your account determines the items you can see restocking in main shops (based on the item rarity):

Newbie ≤ r79
10 days ≤ r84
16 days ≤ r89
1 month ≤ r94
3 months ≤ r100 (everything)

An Advanced Subscription wouldn't really help you if you can't even see the items restocking in the first place. All you can do is to lower your minimum profit setting in Abrosia really. :/

Well you wouldn't get access to our trading section until you've been registered for about a week and have over 10 posts but I'd imagine they're fairly cheap.

ok thanks, for now i've lowered to 100 np min profit, i'm getting something for like 100 to 700 np profit, not bad for now, i hope to make some np to get higher value items, thanks again

for now abrosia is buying items, but it says me too this: Missed Geraptiku Centerpiece: Insufficient funds. (Est. Profit: 112 NP) what does it say?

You should also be aware that the database prices are only estimated prices rather than the very cheapest price that an item will sell for so we can't guarantee that you'll make at least 100 np profit on each item. You might even make a loss on some items but as your account gets older you'll be able to purchase items with higher rarities which would also tend to be more profitable.

You can change the settings so Abrosia will put the items in your shop every hour or you can do it yourself if you'd prefer (just don't login to Neopets while any of the programs or the Program Manager are running).

yes, in the item management tab in abrosia, i decided to store automally items in store, but now after i stopped abrosia, i login into neopets and items aren't in shop so i must add them manually, what's wrong? seems like abrosia doesn't work.

You must be very new with Abrosia. You cannot buy from the Attic until your account is 36 months old anyways. You can only buy good profit items from stores when you reach 3 months. Also, set the minimum profit margin to 4-5k so there is a higher chance of getting something worth autobuying. It takes time to learn, but i really simple once you get the hang of it. Hope this helps!

Actually, you don't need a 3month account. I had a 2month when i started and made good profits. (And then there's Scot).

Also, 4-5k profit margin, can sometimes be too high, as items may be restocking but they don't meet that profit margin so Abrosia won't buy any of them.. I usually keep mine around 2-3k, and it works for me, But it's your preference, and play around with the settings so you can find out what works for you.

I have it set on 2,5k but it seems no shop is ever empty (always >16 items) that I find. Do old items that aren't bought sit inside the shop forever? So if a shop is full, it won't restock at all?

Igloo works well but I can't get anything from the main shops (4-8s refresh time).

you'll find every now and then it makes sense to manually clear a shop so that it restocks more often. If you want decent things to RS, buy the crap as well ;)

Clearing is good for buying at ETS places such as stamps, and magic where the profit margin is way higher.

ok, but why ambrosia does not place items bought in the shop automatically? i must do it manually, i'd prefer that ambrosia do all the work

It does... you need to enable item management and make sure you check the 'send items bought to shop' option.

Also, its called Abrosia, not Ambrosia.
