Sorry if this has already been answered, I looked around but can't seem to find anything. I was just wondering how often your abrosia would buy in the span of, two hours? And what your settings were. Because sometimes I will leave abrosia on for 3 hours and it does not get anything (though it is working!) and I'm beginning to think I may have some really wacked settings or something. I have the purchased version so I am not buying in all shops, just the selected ones. Thank you!

What sort of buy times do you get on MPs in magic? I haven't really bothered going there much but when I have seem to miss all the MPs...

Derbygirl - It varies a lot. I guess I probably average 4-5 items over a 2 hour period. Depends on time of day, where I RS and if I bother to clear the shop with a side account. The main problem I find is all the shops being full up of junk so very little space to restock.

Ah! Thanks guys. I just wasn't sure how much it bought usually. It's nice to get a perspective!

Sometimes your internet lagging could cause Abrosia to miss items. Also, during peak play hours, many users are watching/autobuying in all the shops. If you're running a lot of programs/consoles/etc that use a lot of bandwidth, you're not likely to get as many items as you would when just Abrosia is running. But, tweaking your speeds in the settings to get you a rate you're comfortable with is always a possible fix as well.

In theory the shorter the buy times the more chance you have of successfully purchasing items.

However this increases the risk of getting frozen.

I think the best method would be using safe buy times and fine tuning it on what best for your particular internet connection speed.

I let Abrosia run on Magic ONCE just out of curiosity on one of my shells. I think it was for two hours or so and most of the time I didn't even see the items, that's how much competition there is in Magic. That was enough for me to entirely let go of Magic.

Shop clearing takes a lot of time but it should be done if you want more profit. But of course it hurts if you're buying all the junk and everyone else sitting in the shop with their ABers actually get the high profit items :p There's always the risk.

From my experience, it has been somewhat dependent on when I am ABing. I've had hours of RS ban and nothing others I have bought 3 items in an hour

My average buy time in shops is like 1800-2500ms so I rarely get anything valuable, sticking to Igloo/Attic with respective profit margins of 10k and 70k usually gives me enough items per day to cover the cost of various expenses and pad my daily interest.

Some days I'll get nothing the whole day, others I will get 4-5 Igloo items within 2 hours and then nothing till 12 hours later.  It's really quite random and mostly based on my connection. I could go for less profit but where's the fun in that?

If I log in at my friend's house on his cable connection, I am almost guaranteed to get a few unbuyables in a six hour session at the AAA.

Setting my attic refresh delay from 0.1-0.1  to  0.1-1.0  has been thought about since I heard the attic restocks items in 'waves' over a couple seconds rather than all at once.

I change up my haggle times by a slight margin at different times of the day. I usually have abrosia running for a total of about 6-9 hours a day but having about 5-10 breaks of different intervals (sometimes 10 minutes sometimes 3 hours). Gets me about 10-15 items from main shops a day and I get the 5 attic buys a day. Attic speeds are 350-600 usually and main shops are around 2000-2500 .

I usually get 4-8 items a day. I don't RS in the magic shop (except early in the A.M. when there are less users on - and still I have only gotten one MP). There's too much competition and I don't like to run my ABer suspiciously.
