So I'm trying to price my shells shop manually as I dont find NeonAP works too well and when I use a proxy (using elite proxy withElite Proxy Switcher) I keep getting this squid error

Elite Proxy Switcher is a program that redirects traffic from all programs through your proxy? Or does it only change your browser proxy settings (which wouldn't help since the Program Manager has its own proxy settings)?

Does this error always happen or only occasionally? And in which program does this error appear?

 

My guess is that public proxy servers aren't that reliable.
