Unlike most remakes this one shouldn't disappoint anybody. It's even better than the original.

I watched Free! and to me, it only seems to be a worthwhile anime this season. I watched all the first episodes of each new anime out of respect and I'm just not impressed. Most of them are geared to emotional preteen girls.
