Well let's see what I had today:

Breakfast: I had work today so I had a granola bar and water.

Lunch: I had a lot of water at work and then I had Japanese curry and a huge helping of rice and a small salad.

After lunch: I took a nap. I feel this is pertinent.

Dinner: I had noodles with dumplings, some pad thai and BBQ pork.

2nd Dinner: I had nachos, a pulled pork pizza and 2 double gin and tonics.

Dessert: Strawberry-Banana Ice Cream from a nearby Ice Creamery (sorry Nymh, you're too far away and I don't like Ham Ice Cream)

This is why I'm fat *woooo*

I try to do it with a health-conscious attitude to back it up, but somehow i end up falling for the temptations of a mcdonalds breakfast.

Anyway, I try for a most carbo breakfast (bread, biscults) with a moderate lunch (noodles, chicken rice) ending up in a heavy dinner (your typical meat/veggie/soup meal). Fruits are a great means of getting those vitamins up.

As a sleepy college student, I have almost completely removed breakfast from my life. Lunch and dinner would be totally random, depending on the quality of dining hall food and my mood for venturing out. Now that I'm off, lunch would be whatever I can find in the fridge (frozen box meals, take out, etc) and dinner would be whatever my dad thinks up (chinese take out, fast food, occasional home cooked stuff)

Food and I have a love/hate relationship. It's mostly hate.

Breakfast: Smoothie/ juice (usually no dairy) with fruit + veg. If i'm feeling lazy i'll just eat a piece of fruit or two.

Lunch: Salad - generally something lentil/ chickpea based. No dressing. Something pasta-salady if i'm feeling rather junky like.

Dinner: I usually skip dinner (I know, horrible habit), but if i'm extra hungry I love tofu or tempeh salad, or mushrooms and avocado (sometimes with egg) on sourdough or sprouted bread.

Snacks: fruit, veg, seeds (pumpkin, chia, sunflower), nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, pine), yoghurt occasionally.

Of course I have horrible days (especially on weekends) where I head out and eat  like a crazy person. I also have an insane sweet tooth, and so I have to work hard to stick to the natural sugars in fruits rather than pulling out packets of gummy bears. I'm vegetarian as well, so I have to make sure i get my proteins sufficiently from veg, nuts, soy products and seeds.

No breakfast (sometimes cereals), lunch at uni or home cooked, dinner is almost always home cooked. Even if I'm at home I never have enough time to make lunch because I try to get work done.

Breakfast: Tea and toast, sometimes cereal instead of toast. Sometimes we might have boiled eggs and soldiers, or treat ourselves to a big brekky down at our favourite cafe.
Lunch: Noodles or a sandwich consisting of leftovers from the night before if applicable.
Dinner: I love to cook so it can be anything from Singapore noodles to a pork roast. My better half works split shifts and comes home late so we eat dinner at really bad times which is probably not good.

I don't snack at all apart from water during the day which again is probably a bad thing.

I think one key thing for me at least is to avoid those deceptively delicious stuff like eggs, there's always the temptation to be overindulgent

I generally plan my meals out about 3 days in advance. This way I can go to the store, get only what I need and not have to worry about anything going bad. I've been on an organic/natural kick and I feel so much better.

An example from recently is:

LUNCH LUNCH SIDE 1/SNACK DINNER DINNER SIDE 1 EXTRA SIDE/EXTRA SNACK Orzo Salad with Spicy Buttermilk Dressing Grapes Balsamic and Onion Pot Roast Cucumber Salad Strawberry Ice Cream

I have such bad eating habits. I have oatmeal and coffee for breakfast and then at some point during the day I might have a bagel, and something random for supper. I cannot be bothered to prepare stuff in advance. Cooking is not one of my favorite things to do lol

Same here. I usually have cornflakes for breakfast, or bacon sandwiches.

Lunch, I have rice or bread with gravy and veggies. Same for dinner. I cook, so I manage. My cooking tastes terrible - but at least it's healthy :)

Well, I love food, so I eat a lot of it, lol, but it typically goes like this:

Breakfast - Eggs in a basket with an orange or apple (sometimes I'll eat 2 overeasy eggs with toast instead)

Lunch - Soup or sandwich with carrots

Snack - Apple with peanut butter

Dinner - Usually chicken or pork with rice and a vegetable, I only eat beef about once a week.
